Troubleshooting

Scenario 1

Screen is black and no reaction when battery is installed
The product is not defective if it shows a black screen, but it is likely that the battery is not assembled
correctly.
Use the following instructions:
1. Open the battery cover on the back of the product and insert three according to the anode
and cathode.
2. Insert another battery on the back of the product and put the battery cover.
3. Verify and start using the product if the screen displays data.
If there is no data display, rub the four batteries up and down with fingers until it can display.
Otherwise take out the battery and follow the above steps to reassemble.
INFORMATION

Standard battery lifetime is between 3 to 6 months. The battery life time can reduce to 2 to
3 months based on the usage.

It is recommended not to buy the Duracell battery because it is not compatible with the
product.

Take out the battery and storage separately if the product is not used for a long period of
time.

Scenario 2

Data and battery icon of the LCD screen is flashing
This scenario indicates a low battery for the product. Change all batteries and assemble the product.

Scenario 3

Yunmai App cannot measure other body statistics except weight
