Operation

1. : Power ON/OFF Key.
Press the power button to turn the power
ON or OFF.
2. °C/°F/K: The Temp. Unit Selection Key.
3. HOLD: The Readout Hold Function Key.
Press the "HOLD" key, a "HOLD" icon
will display on the LCD and the readout
will be held in; press the "HOLD" key
once more to cancel the "HOLD"
function.
4. MAX/MIN/Avg: The Maximum/Minimum/
Press the key to sequentially alternate
the three temp. units of °C, °F, and K.
