Recommended for allergy sufferers. Replace once a

Combination of micro filter and activated carbon
filter. Combats unpleasant odours.
Replace twice a year. Replace carbon filter frame
with micro filter frame.
Please note: it is not possible to combine a HEPA
filter and a micro/activated carbon filter.
E Hard floor brush BBZ123HD
For vacuuming hard floors (parquet flooring, tiles,
terracotta, etc.)

Before using for the first time

Push the handle onto the flexible hose until it
engages.

Push the crevice nozzle and upholstery nozzle into
the accessories holder as illustrated.

a)Push the flexible hose adapter into the air intake
opening in the vacuum cleaner lid until it engages.
b)To remove the flexible hose, press the two lugs
together and pull the tube out.

a)Connect together the handle and the fixed/telescop-
ic tube.
b)Push the handle into the telescopic tube until it
engages.
Press on the locking collar and pull out the telescop-
ic tube to disconnect.

a) Insert the fixed tube into the floor tool adapter.
b)Push the telescopic tube straight into the connect-
ing piece of the floor tool until it engages.
Press on the locking collar and pull out the telescop-
ic tube to disconnect.

a)Connect the fixed tubes together.
b)Release the telescopic tube by moving the adjusting
sleeve/sliding switch in the direction of the arrow
and adjust the tube to the required length.

Holding the power cord by the plug, pull out the
required length and plug the plug into the mains
socket.

Switching on/off
Your appliance is fitted with a pop-out control but-
ton.
To switch on the appliance, press the control button
in the direction of the arrow down to the stop and
release. This will release and extend the control.
The blue indicator in the filter status area lights up,
indicating that the appliance is ready for use.
To switch off the appliance, press the control button
in again down to the stop. This will leave the control
button retracted into the appliance. The blue indica-
tor goes out.
Controlling the suction level

The required suction level can be set to the level
required by turning the control knob in the direction
of the arrow.
Low suction range
For vacuuming delicate fabrics,
e.g. curtains.
Medium suction range
For daily vacuuming of lightly
soiled floors.
High suction range
For vacuuming durable floor
coverings, hard floors and for
heavily soiled surfaces.

Hard floors
Caution!
Floor tools are subject to a certain amount of wear,
depending on the type of hard floors you have
(e.g. rough, rustic tiles). Therefore, you must check
the underside of the floor tool at regular intervals.
Worn undersides of floor tools may have sharp edges
that can damage sensitive hard floors, such as parquet
or linoleum. The manufacturer does not accept any
responsibility for damage caused by worn floor tools.
