Adjusting the monitor brightness

This function lets you adjust the brightness of the monitor to make it easier
to see the image.
Top menu
• For album playback mode: Top menu

Adjust the brightness while
looking in the monitor, and when
you have set the desired level,
press Z.
• Pressing O brightens the monitor, and
pressing N darkens it.

Setting the date and time

This function lets you set the date and time. The date and time is saved

with each image, and is used in the file name.

Select one of the following date
formats: [Y-M-D] (Year/Month/
Day), [M-D-Y] (Month/Day/Year),
[D-M-Y] (Day/Month/Year), and
press Y.
• The camera proceeds to the year
setting.
• The following steps show the procedure
used when the date and time settings
are set to [Y-M-D].
