These instructions must be read and understood before the product is taken into
use. Keep the instructions easily accessible for further reference.
The Carony system is CE marked and has been tested referring to safety. If the
Carony system is altered or used for other purposes than intended Autoadapt AB
denies any liability.

1. PRESENTATION

Carony Go is a power wheelchair of classification
B. Carony Go makes it possible for an assistant to
move the wheelchair occupant and the seat from the
wheel unit of the chair to the vehicle without having
to lift the person. The seat is transferred on rails
placed on the wheel unit and on the swivel base
mounted in the vehicle.
When the seat has been transferred to the vehicle
you release the wheel unit from the swivel base and
turn the seat facing towards the front.
The seat height of Carony Go is adjustable to match
the height of the vehicle swivel base. The joystick
arm is vertically foldable, which is of advantage
when seated at a table or making transfers to an-
other seat etc.
In chapter 4 and 5 of the User Manual we mention
the "swivel base" or the "seat lift". In these cases we
refer to the TURNOUT swivel base, which swivels
out the vehicle seat, or the TURNY car seat lift that
swivels out the vehicle seat and lowers it down out-
side the vehicle (se picture).
BEFORE using Carony Go for the first time, the batteries must be charged.
When Carony Go is not in use - always connect to battery charger.

2. GENERAL SAFETY REGULATIONS

Read the User manual before using the power wheelchair.
Carony Go shall not be driven over curbs higher than 6 cm.
Carony Go shall not be driven in steeper slopes than 6 degrees.
Driving in slopes and on supple ground (gravel, grass, ice and snow etc.) must be
done with caution and in slow speed.
Make sure to engage the motors again after they have been disengaged.
Carony Go is tested and approved for a maximum user weight of 120 kg.
