3 Blinks SOS Circuit Troubleshooting

The 13.7V and 2.5V are converted from the DTV12V source on the A board.
They are then supplied to the LCD panel to power the drive circuit.
Start
Is there 12V at pin 4 of
CN P2 before the TV
shuts down?
Yes
Is there 13.7 V
output at pin 8 or 9 of
IC4800?
Is there 2.5V output at pin 2
or 3 of IC4800?
Yes
LCD Panel

shorted?
DTV 12V
supply problem.
Yes
Disconnect the
connector A03.
