OPERATION Overview: 1. Before rst use, it is recommended to charge the Speakers via the Micro USB Input Port with the supplied Micro USB Cable & Power Adaptor (see Battery Charging below). Each Speaker will take approximately 4 hours to charge from 0-100%. -

TROUBLESHOOTING 1) STATIC DISTURBANCE - If sound quality issues occur, such as distortion, intermittent 33ft 33ft breaks in sound, interference, or overall sound is not clear, the speakers may be out of the required Bluetooth frequency range. All devices (your Bluetooth enabled device and both speakers) MUST BE within a 33 foot range of each other. -

Just bought these speakers and paired them both after charging there is static with them and skipping they have to be almost next to each other to work. Any idea what to do? They do not work without skipping or static even a few feet away let alone the 33ft it says
To fix static and skipping issues with Innovative Technology ITSBO-358P speakers, check the Bluetooth connection. These problems may be caused by the Bluetooth Connection Window on your device. Make sure all devices are within the 33-foot Bluetooth range. If issues continue, try turning off both speakers and your Bluetooth device, wait a few moments, then turn them back on and allow 5–10 seconds for the speakers to pair properly before reconnecting.
