The
Protect
Tab
on
a disk
serves
to
protect the
data
from
accidental
erasure.
To
save data onto
a
disk,
be
sure
to set
the tab
to
the
WRITE
position
first.
Then
insert
it
into
the disk
drive.
When
the Protect
Tab
is
set to
the
PROTECT
position,
the
data cannot be
saved.
After
saving
is
completed, be sure
to
return the tab
to
the
PROTECT
position.
A
brand
new
floppy
disk,
or a disk
being used
for
any
device other
than
the
S-330,
should be formatted
(initialized)
first,
then save
the
data.
Otherwise,
the
data cannot be saved.
