It is recommended that you secure the bottom cover to the phone to ensure that you get the best radio reception for your phone.     Basics Checking notifications Notification icons on the status bar report the arrival of new messages, calendar events, alarms set and ongoing settings such as when call forwarding is on or the current call status. You can open the Notifications panel to open the message, reminder, or event notification and see the mobile operator name.

    Basics Adjusting the volume Adjusting the ringer volume changes the volume level of the phone ring tone, whereas adjusting the media volume changes the volume level of sound notifications, music or video playback. Most SIM cards are preset with a PIN (personal identification number) that is provided by your mobile operator. When prompted, enter the preset PIN, then tap Enter.     Accounts and sync Removing an account You can remove an account to delete it and all information associated with it from your phone, for example messages, contacts, or settings. Removing an account does not delete information from the online service itself. You cannot remove some accounts, such the first Google Account you signed into on the phone, except by deleting all personal information from your phone with a hard reset.
