If you do not use the appliance, store it in a safe, dry place, out
of children's reach.
Attention: When the cleaner is placed idle not in use, it
should not be put directly in the sun.
Dust-collecting container cleaning
Regularly clean the dust-collecting container.
1. Before starting cleaning the dust-collecting container, discon-
nect the appliance from the power grid. Disconnect the flex-
ible hose (3) (ref. to «Before Use» section).
2. Remove the dust-collecting container (11) by pressing the
container hold-button (13) and by pulling the handle. For
model CVC -7165 the container hold-button is located on the
appliance base. For models CVC -7190, CVC-7120 the con-
tainer hold-button is located on the dust container. For model
CVC -7100 the container hold-button is located on the dust
container handle.
3. Put the dust-collecting container (11) over the rubbish bin (bag),
press down the releasing button of the dust container (14).
4. Use a damp soft cloth to wipe the container.
5. When it is necessary, open the container (11) by turning the
upper lid of the dust container (15) until the position «Latch
Open». Clean the cyclone separator (16) with a soft brush
and wipe it with a damp soft cloth.
Attention: Before the re-installation, make sure the dust-
collecting container is completely dry.
Warning: Regular cleaning of the filters is required to
extend the appliance service life. If the appliance is
frequently used, it's recommended to clean the filters
at least after each 3-5 the dust-collecting container
cleanings. Despite the HEPA filters are highly-
efficient, they also needs replacement (approximately,
once a year or each half-year of continuous operation
of the vacuum cleaner).
Replacement of outlet HEPA filter
Disconnect the appliance from the power grid.
Remove the outlet hole protective screen (19) at the casing
and then remove the filter (17).
For model CVC-7100: the outlet HEPA filter is located on the
wheel. Lift the protective cover. Remove the filter.
For model CVC-7120: at the back of the cleaner, locate the
release catch for HEPA filter cover. Slide the catch to the right
and remove the cover.
For model CVC-7165: Turn the cleaner and locate the outlet
HEPA filter cover on the underside of the cleaner body. Turn the
lock clockwise and lift the protective cover. Remove the filter.
Install the new filter.
Close the protective cover of the filter.
