of your phone are given in the sections describing these features and applications.

If you have a memory card, you can use it to store your multimedia files such as
video clips and sound files, photos, messaging data, and to backup information
from your phone's memory.
Important: Keep all memory cards out of the reach of small children.
Note: Use only compatible Multimedia cards (MMC) with this device.
Other memory cards, such as Secure Digital (SD) cards, do not fit in the MMC card
slot and are not compatible with this device. Using an incompatible memory card
may damage the memory card as well as the device, and data stored on the
incompatible card may be corrupted.

Format memory card

Important: All data stored on the memory card will be permanently deleted
when you format it.
You must format a new memory card before you can use it for the first time.
• Select Options→ Format mem.
You will be asked to confirm your request and once you confirm, formatting starts.
