■ Notes

You can write and send notes to
compatible devices with infrared,
text messaging, or multimedia
messaging.
To access Notes, press Menu, and
select
Organiser
and Notes. To add a
note if the list of notes is empty,
press
Add
note. Otherwise, press
Options, and select
in the note and press Save.
• To view a note, scroll to it, and
press View.
To edit the note, press Edit. While
editing a note, press
you can select, for example, to
add date and time to the note.
Select
Close
to exit the text
editor without saving the
changes.
• Press Options, and you can, for
example, send the note to a
compatible device using IR, or as
a text or multimedia message. If
the note is too long to be sent as
a message, the phone will ask you
to delete the appropriate number
of characters from your note.

■ To-do list

Use the To-do list feature to keep
track of your tasks. You can save a
note for a task, select a priority level
for the note and mark it as done
when you have completed it. You
can sort the notes by priority or by
date.

Add a To-do note

1. From the standby mode screen,
select
Menu
>
list.
2. If there are no notes, select
note.
3. Or, enter the subject of the To-do
note, and select Save.
4. Select either High, Medium, or
Low
priority. The to-do note is
saved. The phone automatically
sets the deadline.
View a To-do note
1. From the standby mode screen,
select
Menu
>
list.
2. Scroll to a To-do note, and select
View
The To-do note appears in the
display.
