8 Pictures (Menu 3)

Using the camera in your phone, you can take full-colour
digital pictures, view the pictures using the phone display,
and send the pictures to other compatible phones. You may also be able to upload
the pictures to a website using the Minibrowser in your phone.

• CAMERA

Take a picture
Taking pictures with your phone's built-in camera is as simple as choosing a subject,
pointing the lens, and pressing a button.

At the start screen, select Menu > Pictures > Camera > Take picture.

Using the phone display screen as a viewfinder, aim the camera lens at
your subject.

Press Capture to take the picture. (The picture is automatically stored in the
My pictures submenu of the Pictures menu.)

Press Options. The following options are available:
Send—To send the picture as a picture message to another phone.
Upload—To upload the picture to a website using the Minibrowser.
Upload all—To upload all of the pictures stored in My pictures to a website
using the Minibrowser.
Delete—To erase the photo from the My pictures submenu.
Open my pictures—View all pictures stored in the My pictures submenu.
Change caption—Edit the caption of the picture.
Add to contact—Attach the picture to an entry in your contacts list.
Set as wallpaper—Use the picture as wallpaper on the start screen of your phone.
Details—View information about the picture, such as time, date, and more.
Set the self timer
To activate the Self timer and get yourself in on the picture:

At the start screen, select Menu > Pictures > Camera > Self timer.
A 10-second delay is set and shown in the top right corner of the display screen.

Using the phone display screen as a viewfinder, aim the camera lens at
your subject.

Press Start when you are ready to start the timer.
The time remaining is shown in the top right corner of the display screen.
