■ Add a one-to-one contact

You can save the names of persons to whom you often make one-to-one
calls in the following ways:
To add a PTT address to a name in Contacts, search for the desired
contact, and select
To add a contact to the PTT contacts list, select
Contacts list > Options
To add a contact from the channel list, connect to the PTT service, select
Channel list, and scroll to the channel you want. Select Members, scroll
to the member whose contact information you want to save, and select
Options. To add a new contact, select
name in Contacts, select

■ PTT channels

When you call a channel, all members joined to the channel hear the call
simultaneously.
There are three types of PTT channels:
Provisioned channel — apermanent channel created by the service
provider
Public channel — Every channel member can invite other persons.
Private channel — Only persons who receive an invitation from the
channel creator can join in.
Add a channel
To add a public or private channel, select
channel, and edit the settings in the form fields:
Channel status: — Select
Chnl. nickname: — Enter your nickname for the channel.
Chnl. security: — Select
To send an invitation to the group, select
it. You can send the invitation using SMS.
Details > Options
> Add contact.
Add to contact.
Active or Inactive.
