If you set "TV-V?" to "BLOCK", then "TV-G", "TV-PG", "TV-14"
and "TV-MA" are automatically blocked. In addition, "0", "L",
"S", "V" and "FV" in "BLOCK CONTENT" are automatically
blocked.
