SOFTWARE UPDATE

- Apply the appropriate AC mains voltage to the product while pushing ALARM 1 and wait
until the (old) version is displayed.
- Run WinHost_V3.3 setup.exe
- Choose the TAB "SM5964"
- Follow the below mentioned steps.
STEP1:
STEP 2: Select "OPEN File" button
note: MD2201_Vx_xx.hex filename format is used for Duo
and Duo-i firmware files. For Duo-i Plus, the format of the
filename is MD2201RE_Vx_xx.hex
The .hex file must be copied from SDI to the PC before
starting this procedure.
For Step 2, please navigate to the location of the .hex file
that was copied from SDI
note: provided the baud rate
setting selected for WinHost
V3.3 is the same as the
setting for the COM1 port
selected, then WinHost will
indicate successful PC
connection by displaying
"Baud Rate is MATCH"
