5 Phone book

Your phone includes a phone book that
can store up to 200 entries (names and
associated phone numbers). In addition,
the phone book can store an e-mail
address for a name.
An entry in the phone book can
consist of a number only or a name
and a number.
You cannot enter the same name twice. If you try to save a name that
is already in the phone book, the phone asks if you want to replace
the existing name.

• USE PHONE BOOK MENUS

The phone book has several menus from which you can choose. These menus
appear when you press Names. Use the scroll keys to move to the menu
you want to use.

Erase all
Options
1-touch dialing Allows you to assign up to eight keys for speed dialing.

• SAVE NAMES, NUMBERS AND E-MAIL ADDRESSES

For information on entering text, see "Standard text input" on page 29.
Allows you to search for a specific entry.
Allows you to add a new contact to your phone book.
Allows you to erase names and numbers one by one
or all at once.
Takes you to a new menu list which includes the
phone book's memory status and scrolling view.
