Before you start using your toaster, place it in an area with good ventilation
such as near a stove vent hood that is turned on or an open window. Set the
browning setting to 7 and turn the toaster on without any bread in it. Repeat
for a total of 2 to 3 times as this will help remove any odors that can occur
during the first few uses.
