•
The appliance must be connected to the water supply and drainage system by a trained fitter in
accordance with the locally applicable regulations.
•
The data in the connection diagram must be observed.
•
Only corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, plastic or food-safe, compression-proof rub-
ber may be used at the purified-water end.
•
The RoMatik 150 must be installed in the upright position.
•
The RoMatik 150 may only be connected to one consumer (dishwasher).
•
The appliance may only be connected to the cold water supply (max. 30°C).

- Page 3 Refer to connection diagram 890053104 for machines with pressurised boilers and connection diagram 890052364 for other machines. For further information, contact your local Winterhalter service centre. Removing the shipping seals: The feed water (cold water), reject water and purified water connections are located at the rear of the appliance, and are sealed with plugs.
- Page 4 Once all the connections have been completed, the RoMatik 150 is ready for operation. The start-up procedure must be performed by a service technician trained at the Winterhalter works in accordance with the "Start-up instructions for Winterhalter Gastronom RoMatik 150".
