Other possibilities
Static or other external interference may cause the unit to function abnormally. In order to
recover normal status, please unplug the power supply cord and then plug it into the
outlet again to reset the unit. If the problems still exist, please cut off the power supply
and consult your service cefnter or a qualified technician.

Rechargeable battery is
weak
Unit is moving side to side
too much
Signal is obstructed by
buildings or other materials
System software fails to
function after entering a
command
FM receiver is not
connected to the main unit
or power adaptor is not
connected to the receiver.
Vehicle is not in a
metropolitan area that
provides traffic coverage.

Possible Solution
Plug in power adaptor and
charge Battery
Secure unit
Check and correct
obstruction
Turn the unit off and on
again to reset using slide
switch on rear.
Connect FM receiver to
the main GPS unit and
position antenna on the
windshield. Plug in the
power adaptor into the
receiver unit.
