UI preferences The UI preferences section lets you upload custom background images to the Touchone. It is possible to configure two different images, one for the home screen and a second one (“General”) for all other menus and functions. Background images must be in jpeg, png, or gif format, with 800x480 resolution, and maximum size of 1 MB.
Configuration data The following options are available: Backup config: Lets you download a backup file of the current Touchone configuration. Avoid interrupting the update operation or turning off the Touchone during the update process. If the firmware update process is interrupted, the Touchone could be left in a locked state and would need to be returned to factory for repair.
If you lose the administrator username and password, you will not be able to modify the configuration of the Touchone anymore. In this case, you will need to boot into “Recovery mode”. For security reasons, entering Recovery mode requires physical access to the touch panel.

When in Recovery mode, the web-based administration interface does not require an explicit login, but the available options will be limited to only two: Reset the configuration to factory defaults, and reboot the system. These work just as described in section 3.6, “System”. www.iddero.com IDDERO TOUCHONE – Configuration Manual...
