3D Unscrew the screw of the cover by
turning it anticlockwise and remove
the lid.
3E Insert four AA batteries. Please pay
attention to the polarity indication
(+ and -) visible in the battery
compartment.
3F Fit the cover again and screw in the
securing screw clockwise until
hand-tight.
5 vehICle CoNTrol
5A
In order to start and drive forwards, push
the left and right throttle levers on the
remote control forwards at the same
time. In order to drive a left curve, brief-
ly release the left lever.
5C
When you pull the left lever of the two
centre control levers down, the revolving
superstructure rotates anticlockwise;
if the lever is pushed up, the rotating
superstructure rotates clockwise.
6 MouNTINg The aNTeNNa
The accompanying antenna must be mounted on the remote control. For this purpose,
guide the end of the antenna to the thread on the upper side of the remote control
and turn clockwise until hand­tight. The range of the model is significantly decreased
without the antenna.

4 STarT preparaTIoN
First move the switch on the rear side of
the remote control to ON (4A), then set
the switch on the underside of the model
(4B) to ON. This switch is a three position
switch. To the left the model is off, in the
centre position the model and sound are
on and to the right only the model is on,
without sound. When switching off,
always switch off the vehicle first (cf.4B)!
And after it the remote control (cf.4A).
Otherwise, a drive command can acciden-
tally be triggered, causing the vehicle to
drive away on its own, which can lead to
considerable damage.

In order to drive in reverse, please pull
back on the left and right throttle levers
simultaneously. You can also drive along
a curve during reverse travel by briefly
releasing one throttle lever.
5D
The arm and the bucket of the excavator
can be controlled with the right lever of
the two centre control levers. The arm
moves in an infinite loop depending on
whether the lever is pushed or pulled.

gEnERAL DRiVing TipS:
• Always maintain visual contact with the vehicle and do not look at the remote control!
• On initial driving attempts, there is a general tendency toward excessive movements
of the controls. Make sure that you have sufficient room.
After a crash, always release the speed control immediately in order to prevent dama-
ge to the electronics.
ThE SuiTABLE DRiVing EnViROnmEnT:
The location in which the vehicle is driven should fulfill the following criteria:
1. It should be a location in which there is as much open area as possible, without
disruptive obstacles.
2. Make absolutely sure when starting that there are no people or animals in the
immediate vicinity.
3. Always watch the vehicle so that it does not drive into the operator, other people or
animals and injuries them.
TrouBleShooTINg
problem: The vehicle does not move.
Cause: • The batteries are too weak and/or depleted.
Remedy: • The batteries were possibly not inserted correctly. Please observe the polarity
indication in the model
• Please replace with new batteries.
problem: Remote control does not work.
Cause: • The remote control is switched off.
• The batteries were not inserted correctly.
• The batteries do not have enough power.
Remedy: • Repeat the switch-on process as described.
• Check whether the batteries are inserted correctly.
• Please replace with new batteries.
problem: The vehicle cannot be controlled with the remote control.
Cause: • The remote control is switched off
• The connection between the remote control and vehicle has been severed.
Remedy: • Move the remote control switch to the "ON" position.
• When the model is further than 5 metres away, move towards the model
