Page 1 Interlink Electronics Versapoint Communicator Troubleshooting Guide --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of this guide is to help you in the use of your Wireless Peripherals, and to assist you with a number of common problems associated.
Page 2 Changing the ID A number of users have had issues with ID conflicts, where their keyboard/mouse/remote may be controlling the computer in the adjacent room or Vice Versa. Each Wireless Set has 64 Unique ID’s so there should be more than enough ID’s for several users to use their wireless sets in close proximity if configured properly.
Page 3 4. Once the LED’s are flashing, Release Both Buttons and wait for both LED’s to go off 5. Now, While Plugged into your computer, From the USB Receiver , Press Down on the “Change ID Button” and release it. 6. Now within 20 Seconds Press a Button on any of the Peripherals (IE, Click the Mouse, Press a Key on the Keyboard, Press a Button on the Remote), Test this by verifying the mouse/keyboard/remote are responding to your commands.
