Ensure the problems listed above are all
resolved;
Ensure the configurations of WA1003A are
correct;
Ensure WA1003A to be restarted after the
configuration has been modified;
Check the IP connection by the Ping
command.
Take the most common access mode as an
example, in which a dial-up application is
installed on the user's computer:
Ensure that you have entered the right user
name and password;
Ensure "Use Proxy Server" is set properly for
IE, if the problem still remains even after you
have log in successfully;
Try more Web sites, in case any Web server
is in failure.
Possibly the MTU (Maximum Transport Unit)
of the OS is too large.
Update the OS.
Make sure the PC indicator is on;
Make sure the configuration of TCP/IP is
correct;
Make sure the data indicator of device is on
when using the Ping command;
Make sure the user name and password is
correct;
Reset the device;
