OTES ON EASUREMENTS Body fat A certain amount of body fat is essential for a healthy body. A thin person can have too high of a percentage of body fat, and an overweight person might be particularly muscular and have a healthy amount of body fat. -

PERATION How it works The body fat scale MD 10928 displays the percentage of body fat and body water in relation to the total body weight. The electrodes under the standing platform send out a mild, safe electrical current to measure the electrical resistance of the body. Lean muscle has a lower resistance than fat and this can be correlated with body weight. -

PERATION Measuring weight If the scale does not register weight within 10 seconds it switches itself off automatically. Press ON/OFF . The screen displays the most recently selected me- mory location (age, height, user mode); the pre-programmed num- ber "1-12" flashes.
