The steamer function on the Instant Pot IP-LUX60 uses full power continuously and is designed for steaming vegetables, seafood, or reheating. It is recommended to use 1–2 cups (160 ml) of water and place the food on the trivet to avoid burning. A metal basket or oven-safe container can be used inside the inner pot. For fresh or frozen vegetables, the recommended pressure cooking time is 1–2 minutes. Use the "Quick Release" method immediately after cooking to prevent overcooking.
