Controls
1 – On / OFF switch.

Up for On, down for Off.
2 – Variable Speed Dial.

Allows continual adjustment of speed from low (10,000rpm) to high (22,000rpm)
3 – High/Low Pulse Switch

Down to pulse at high speed (22,000rpm).
