i n g c o n d i t r o n s :
o l f t h e s u n o r a l a m p i s b e h i n d y o u r s u b j e c t .
o lf there is a bright window at your subject's
back.
o lf your subject is in shadow.
In these cases, the 299T will prevent your sub-
j e c t f r o m b e i n g u n d e r e x p o s e d a n d t h e b a c k -
g r o u n d w i l l a l s o b e c o r r e c t l y e x p o s e d . F o l l o w
the steps that you would for normal flash pho-
t o g r a p h y i n t h e P R O G R A M m o d e . W h e n t h e i l -
l u m i n a t i o n i s m o r e t h a n E V 1 6 ( a t I S O 1 0 0 ) o r
EV14 (at ISO 400), however, the subject may be
slightly overexposed.
