Operation

Starting the Engine

Only start the engine when your scooter is at a
complete stop. Check to be sure that all kick
stands are returned to their original position.
1. Turn the main switch to the "ON" position.
2. Check that the engine kill switch in
position.
3. Completely release the throttle grip.
Squeeze and hold either rear brake lever.
4.
Press the electric starter switch. Do not
press the starter switch again once the
engine has started.
Note: If the engine fails to start, release the
starter switch for a few seconds, then try
again. Each attempt should not last longer
than 5 seconds to perserve battery life.
