This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to
operating the device. Observe the following notices to avoid
dangers and damages:
Attention
► Only qualified electricians, who have been trained by the
manufacturer, may carry out any repairs on electrical
equipment.
► Improperly performed repairs can cause considerable
dangers for the user and damages to the device.
In the event of a fault, an error code will appear in the
display; it describes the cause of the fault.

The appliance is in Standby mode.

Hob is not working
The appliance must be sent to Customer Service
for repair.
E1
Unsuitable Cooking Vessel
The appliance has not recognized a suitable
cooking vessel. Use a suitable cooking vessel.
E2/E6
Appliance overheating
Allow appliance to cool down. Switch appliance
off and then on again in order to acknowledge
the error, and reset.
E3/E4
Voltage too high/too low
The supply voltage is not within the required
range. Use suitable socket.
E5
Open electric circuit
The appliance must be sent to Customer Service
for repair.
