IMPORTANT: Before You Begin:

Water test your case before installing your phone and

IMPORTANT: Before each use, make sure the inside of the juice pack H
case is thoroughly dry.
a) Slide the iPhone along the case bottom and insert the iPhone all the
way onto the Lightning connector.
b) Mate the case top with the case bottom. Do not press on the case's
clear screen protector while closing the case or you may damage it.
c) Firmly squeeze the two case halves together at all four corners. The
case will audibly "snap" at each corner when it is successfully closed.
d) IMPORTANT: Ensure that the headphone port cover and the USB
connector cover are securely closed before exposing the juice pack
H PRO case to the elements.

IMPORTANT: Before you expose your juice pack H
• Before assembling the case, make sure the colored (green, pink or
white) O-ring located in the bottom case half is clean, dry and free of
debris, and make sure the O-ring is properly seated in the groove all the
way around the bottom case half.
• After assembling the case, confirm that the case is securely closed by
carefully examining the seam between the top and bottom case halves
all the way around the juice pack H
and the colored O-ring must not be visible anywhere around the seam.
• Make sure the inside of the USB port opening and the port cover are
thoroughly dry before closing the port cover. If necessary, use a cotton
swab or similar item to dry the inside of the port opening.
• Make sure the O-rings on the headphone port cover are clean and free
of debris before closing the cover.
• After the case is assembled with the phone inside, use the
supplied microfiber cloth to clean the outside of the case's flexible
front membrane.
• If the case receives a strong impact, repeat the water-test before
exposing the case to water again. Visit mophie.com/water-test for

2. Removing your iPhone from the juice pack H 2 PRO case
a) IMPORTANT: If your juice pack H
thoroughly dry off the case before opening it. (Also dry your hands
before opening the case.)
b) Insert a coin or similar item into the slot in the corner of the juice pack
H PRO case and twist it to separate the two case halves.
