Installation approval (in case of commercial use):
• Prior to initial use and after substantial changes to the device, the installation must
be checked by an expert (including the electric connection).
• An expert has to check the device once a year.
• An expert must approve the device at least every 4 years.
Set up the fog machine observing the
above safety notices or mount the fog
machine with the installation clamp on
the ceiling, the wall or a suited traverse
system.
Attach the device with attachment
materials suited for the attachment site,
which are also suited to bear the load of
the fog machine.
Align the fog machine horizontally and
tighten the clamp screws well!
Electrical connection
If you can no longer access the mains plug after installation or only
with difficulty after installation of the fog machine in order to turn it
off, separate it from the mains voltage with a switch.
Do not leave cables lying or hanging around; instead, install them in
an expert manner to prevent accidents.
• Install the cable for the remote control up to the site from which you are going to
control the device.
• The mains plug must be plugged into an earthed power outlet to operate the
device. However, do not plug the mains plug in yet. Before connecting the device
to the power net, you first have to fill the tank with fog liquid (see „Operation").

Operation

Always pull the mains plug before filling the fog machine.
Never fill the machine with flammable liquids or add these to the fog
liquid. Only use suitable fog liquid on water basis (the CONRAD
range features suitable fog liquid, see „Technical Data").
Never tilt the fog machine. Fog liquid may leak out or enter the
inside of the device, cause damage there or injure the operator.

Astable installation is not allowed!
Secure the installation with a suitable
safety rope.
The safety rope must be able to retain
the device in case the main suspension
fails.
The maximum permissible tilt angle of
15° may not be exceeded.
