I cannot hear any sound through the phone or the caller
cannot hear my voice
Solution
Make sure the USB cable is connected to the Internet Mini
Phone and your computer.
Solution
Windows Vista or XP: In the Internet Mini Phone utility,
make sure the Skype Sound Device is set to USB Phone for
both Input and Output.
Windows 2000: In the Internet Mini Phone utility, make
sure the Skype Sound Device is set to USB Audio Device
for both Input and Output.
Solution
Open Skype.
Select Tools, Options. Then select Sound Devices.
Windows Vista or XP: Select USB Phone for Audio In and
Audio Out.
Windows 2000: Select USB Audio Device for Audio In and
Audio Out.
I can no longer use my system microphone
Solution
Windows Vista automatically selects the new phone as your
microphone. To select your original microphone again, fol-
low these steps:
Click Windows Start .
Click Control Panel.
Click Hardware and Sound > Sound.
Click the Recording tab.
