All elōs energy levels are
blinking.
Cartridge activation button
does not turn on (no blue
light).
My skin is red after treatment.
I barely see any hair reduction.
I feel some pain and warmth
when I apply the light flashes. Is
this normal?

The skin may become red as
a result of the treatment. This
redness generally clears up
within 24 hours.
Make sure to follow the
protocol suggested and to
use the treatment duration
time suggested.
You may feel warmth, tingling,
or itching. It is expected that
this pain and warmth will be
up to moderate.
Insert cartridge protective cap or
cartridge.
Reset:
Disconnect power cord. Wait
until all lights are off (up to 2
minutes). Reconnect the power
cord and turn on system
If the redness persists more than
24 hours after a treatment, stop
using mē and contact your
doctor or Customer Support.

and whether the instructions
