- Page 7 LED light is not lit Make sure the 12V DC adapter is plugged into the outlet, and the connector is completely inserted into the power supply on the back panel of the HMA-41. Noise or hum The noise might be coming from a faulty input device.
- Page 8 To obtain warranty coverage, contact the Polsen Customer Service Department to obtain a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) number, and return the defective product to Polsen along with the RMA number and proof of purchase. Shipment of the defective product is at the purchaser’s own risk and expense.
