All adjustments should be done at your local SCOTT dealer or Front Fork Set-Up/Change of Front Fork following this manual’s instructions.
Page 3 Seatpost diameter 31 6mm Seattube clamp 34 9mm The front derailleur (FD) fixation for Big Ed/Big Jon is a direct mount system combined with Headtube diameter 1 1/8” /1 5”, tapered, cups semi- a specific clamp made for Big Ed/Big Jon.
Page 4 Dropout hanger Ø12MM Big Jon • REAR DISC BRAKE MOUNT The rear disc brake on Big Ed/Big Jon is Postmount (PM) Standard on the left chainstay and optimized for 160mm/6” rotors, so the calliper can be mounted directly without adapters on the Postmount fixation.
Page 5 Doing so SCOTT warrants its frames and swingarms for five years (subject to compliance with maintenance ranges, see below) and SCOTT forks (provided it is a fork of SCOTT) for two years for defects in material and/or workmanship in case of purchase of completely assembled bikes.
