When on the Date, Time or Scheduler alarm
pages, use:

A, P buttons to specify AM or PM (when
the 12-hour format is set)
The current date and time will follow the format
selected in Setup defaults for a new record.
Set the date. Press ENTER.
Set the time of the Reminder and Scheduler
alarm. Press ENTER.
The first position on this page - Reminder -
specifies the time period until an event time. The
second one – the time of the event when Schedule
alarm will be issued.
Set the Alarm.
