Select the Memorandum section from the Main
menu. You will see the first of the existing
records sorted by title.
When in the record list, use:

The selected record will open in the view mode.
Use SHIFT+ ENTER to open it in the edit mode.
If there are no records stored, a new record
template will be opened automatically when
you enter this section.
Creating a Record
To open a new record template, press ENTER
