What to do
Correctly install the battery pack.
Charge the battery pack.
Hold down F for at least 2.5
seconds to turn on the phone.
Wait until you are in a location where

make a call.
When making a call to a standard
phone, you need to input the area
code, and then the phone number.
Hold down F for at least 2.5
seconds to turn on the phone.
After inputting the phone number,
