Turn the whisks slightly to ensure that they have locked correctly. A click is heard when they lock
into place.

Plug the power cord into the wall socket and set the speed required.

Whisk by moving the appliance in a figure of 8 or in the mix.

Remove the whisks in the reverse order.
Mixing dough
1.
Check that the power cord is disconnected.
2.
Push up the dough hooks. The dough hook that has the largest ring is fitted in the hole in the
appliance that is marked with a large ring.
3.
Turn the whisks slightly to ensure that they have locked correctly. A click is heard when they lock
into place.
4.
Plug the power cord into the wall socket and set the speed required.
5.
Mix the dough by moving the appliance in a figure of 8 or in the mix.
6.
Remove the whisks in the reverse order.
Mixing with the hand blender
WARNING!
Always be very careful when using the mixer blades. They are very sharp. Risk of injury.
1.
Check that the power cord is disconnected.
2.
Make sure the start control is in position 0.
3.
Remove any other tools from the appliance.
4.
Unscrew the protective plug at the rear of the appliance.
5.
Insert the hand blender so that the two arrows point towards each other.
6.
Now screw the shaft in locking direction. The locking direction is indicated by a padlock symbol.
Tighten lightly by hand.
7.
Remove the hand blender in the reverse order.
WARNING!
Always be very careful when using the mixer blades. They are very sharp. Risk of injury.
Do not immerse the appliance in liquid.
Pull out the plug and remove the tools. Wipe the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. The dough hooks
and whisks are dishwasher safe.
