• Legen Sie den Gürtel so um ihre Taille, dass die senkrechten Nähte A jeweils links bzw. rechts an der gleichen Stelle Ihres Körpers liegen. Das Beurer-Logo B befindet sich hierbei mittig auf der Wirbelsäule. Beachten Sie die Grafik! Richtig positioniert liegen die Elektroden C dadurch etwas links und rechts der Wirbelsäule. -

Achten Sie darauf, dass der Gürtel für einen guten Kontakt zwischen Elektroden und Haut eng anliegt, Sie aber nicht einschnürt. Verlängern des Gürtels Sollte der Gürtel für Ihren Taillenumfang nicht ausreichend sein, können Sie den beigefügten Verlänge- rungsgurt verwenden! Je nach Taillenumfang kann sich die Aufnahme der Bedieneinheit außerhalb der Körpermitte befinden. -

Hinweis: Bei Programm A verspüren Sie beim Wechsel von Phase 1 zu Phase 2 (nach ca. 10 Minuten) eine stärkere Wirkung. Dies ist normal und so beabsichtigt. Sollte Ihnen die Intensität als zu hoch erscheinen, können Sie diese einfach durch Drücken der Intensitätstaste ▼ [2] verringern. Hinweis: Wird während der Stimulation das Programm gewechselt (beispielsweise von A nach B) erhöht sich die Ausgangsintensität im neuen Programm schrittweise bis zu der zuvor eingestellten Intensität. -

Reinigung des Gürtels Wenn Sie die Bedieneinheit vom Gürtel entfernt haben, können Sie den Gürtel mit einem feuchten Tuch reinigen. Benutzen Sie dafür eine milde Seifenlauge oder ein Flüssigwaschmittel. Verwenden Sie keine Bleichmittel. 8. Entsorgen Im Interesse des Umweltschutzes darf das Gerät am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht mit dem Hausmüll entfernt werden. -

Before using the unit for the first time Important • Before you use the unit for the first time, remove all packaging materials. • Switch the unit off immediately if it is defective or malfunctioning. • If the self-adhesive covers for the electrode connection are missing or become detached, we recommend urgently that you affix the electrode covers provided. -

• Fit the belt around your waist so that the vertical seams A are at the same place on each side of your body. The Beurer logo B is then in the middle of the spinal column. -

• Insert 3 x 1.5 V batteries, type AAA (LR03 Micro). Ensure the correct polarity. See the diagram inside the battery compartment. • Do not use any rechargeable batteries! 6. Operation General information about use The back belt is intended for individual treatment of pain in the lower back area. Do not switch on the unit until the belt is fitted correctly. -

Inserting a pause If you want to take a break or pause a program, press the pause button [1] briefly. An acoustic signal sounds and the “II” pause symbol flashes in the display [5]. You can resume the program by pressing the button [1] again. Contact detection If the electrodes have no contact with the body, the intensity is set automatically to zero. -
