Never use the microwave to heat cooking oil on its
own.
Never pour water into a hot cooking compartment.
This will generate water vapour. The temperature
change can cause damage to the ceramic floor panel.
Only leave the cooking compartment to cool with the
door closed. Do not trap anything in the appliance
door. Even if the door is only open by a small gap, the
fronts of adjacent units may be damaged over time.
If the seal is very dirty, the appliance door will no
longer close properly during operation. The fronts of
adjacent units could be damaged. Always keep the
seal clean.
Only switch on the microwave if there is food in the
cooking compartment. Without food, the appliance
may overload. An exception to this rule is for a short
ovenware test (See Notes on ovenware).
