USING THE LOW-FREQUENCY MUSCLE AND NERVE STIMULATOR

Turn on the power.
Turn the power/strength dial.
• A click is heard, the power turns on, and the neck program
"
" begins.
Soft start function
• This function gently starts with a weak stimulus to
prevent the sudden application of strong stimulus.
• When the power is turned on, the lamp for the neck program
flashes and the lamp for the "Local" stimulus mode turns on.
• Start at a low setting between "O" and "2" for around 3
minutes to allow your body to adjust to the sensation, then
increase the strength to the desired level.
(Persons who have sensitive skin should shorten the time
and start from a low setting.)
• The power will automatically turn off approximately 15
minutes after it is turned on.
(The power will automatically turn off approximately 15
minutes after it is turned on even if the position or
operation is changed.)
• If the power is turned on without attaching the pads, the
power will automatically turn off after approximately 30
seconds.

Adjust the strength of the stimulus.
(1) Turn the power/strength dial.
(2) Select a desired strength between "I" and "10".
• Indiscriminately setting the strength to high may not necessarily
increase the beneficial effect of stimulation. Doing so may
excessively stimulate the skin and cause tingling and redness.

Turn off the power after the treatment.
Turn the power/strength dial to "O".
• A click is heard and the power turns off.

• The power will automatically turn off approximately 15
minutes after the start of the treatment.
Even if the power automatically turns off, turn the
power/strength dial to "O".

Remove the pads from the skin.

Hold the pads by the grip and remove.
• Remove the pads slowly from the skin.
Removing the pads quickly may cause a skin inflammation
or body hair to be pulled out.
Store the pads.

• Attach the pads to the pad storage plate.
If the pads become dirty, they may fall off easily during
treatment.
