16.Side Shelf Assembly
B
(a). Loosen but do not remove two screws which
are pre-assembly on the left side panel(Z), through
side shelf keyholes hang side shelf(B) on two
loosened screws.
(b). Using (3) ¼" truss head screws (A), (3) ¼" flat
washer (E), attach side shelf to firebox form inside
the firebox. Insert (1) 5/32" truss head screws

(c),(1) 5/32" flat washers (F) to attach the side shelf
control panel to the main control panel. Fully
tighten the two loosened screws to secure shelf to
firebox. See Fig.23

a) Place Flame Tamer (G) over burners as shown,
and ends insert into channels on front and back of
firebox.

b) Evenly space cooking grids (I) on the ledge above
Flame Tamer.
To obtain Searing marks in cooked meat, be sure to
insert grids so that side with four corner feet faces
down.

c) Insert legs of warming rack (H) into the holes in
the top of firebox side panels.
d) Place sear burner cooking grid(D) on the ledge of
searing burner bowl. See Fig.24
