Drum does not turn . This is normal. . The drum is turned off so that the steam vapor remains in the drum. The drum
during Steam Cycle will normally turn for about 2 seconds once a minute.
Cannot see steam • This is normal. • Steam is released at different stages of the cycle for each option.
