Factory reset everything
A f ull f actory r eset r eturns t he T V t o i ts o riginal, o ut-­‐of-­‐the-­‐box s tate. W hen f inished, y ou m ust r epeat
Guided S etup, r econnecting t o t he I nternet, r e-­‐linking y our R oku a ccount, a nd r eloading a ny s treaming
channels. Y ou a lso m ust r epeat A ntenna T V s etup a nd i nput c onfiguration.
Factory r eset i s t he r ecommended c hoice i f y ou w ant t o t ransfer t he T V t o a nother o wner, a nd i t i s t he
only c hoice i f y ou w ant t o s witch f rom s tore m ode t o h ome m ode ( if y ou i nadvertently s elected s tore
mode d uring G uided S etup).
To p erform a f actory r eset, n avigate t o S ettings > S ystem > A dvanced s ystem s ettings > F actory r eset,
and t hen h ighlight F actory r eset e verything. R ead t he i nformation o n t he s creen t o m ake s ure y ou
understand w hat t his r eset o peration d oes.
To p roceed w ith t he f ull f actory r eset, u se t he o n-­‐screen n umber p ad t o e nter t he c ode d isplayed o n t he
screen, a nd t hen s elect O K t o p roceed.
When t he f actory r eset o peration c ompletes, t he T V r estarts a nd d isplays t he f irst G uided S etup s creen.
What if I can't access the Factory Reset option?
It i s p ossible t hat y our T V m ight g et i nto a s tate w here y ou c annot a ccess t he v arious m enus, i ncluding
the m enu o ption t hat l ets y ou p erform a f actory r eset o peration. I f t hat h appens, y ou c an f orce t he T V
to r eset b y f ollowing t hese s teps:
1. Using a s traightened p aper c lip o r b all-­‐point p en, p ress a nd h old t he r ecessed R ESET b utton o n
the T V c onnector p anel.
2. Continue t o h old t he R ESET b utton f or a pproximately 1 2 s econds.
During t his t ime, t he s tatus l ight t urns o ff, a nd t hen t urns o n b right, a nd t hen p ulses. W hen t he
reset c ycle c ompletes, t he l ight e ither c omes o n d im ( if t he T V p ower w as o ff w hen y ou s tarted)
or t he T V s creen c omes o n a nd t he l ight t urns o ff ( if t he T V p ower w as o n w hen y ou s tarted).
3. When t he s tatus l ight t urns o n s teady d im o r t he T V s creen c omes o n, r elease t he R ESET b utton.
4. Turn o n t he T V a nd p roceed t hrough G uided S etup. S ee " Setting u p y our T
