CS - CHECK CA - CHECK AND ADJUST
Remarks
EVERY Replace engine oil
YEAR Adjust throttle cables,**
choke cable, check carburetor
throttle shaft for wear**
Check starter V-belt for
damage and tension
Check drive belt for slippage,
wear or scratches
Check operation of speed limiter
Apply battery terminal protectant
Check wiring connections
and insulation
Check rear axle bearing play
for roughness or freeplay
Check steering knuckle
bushing free play / Adjust
wheel alignment
Check wheel nut tightness,
front wheel bearing play
Check transaxle oil level and
inspect for leakage
Check operation and adjust
pedal stop if necessary
EVERY Check brushes for wear and
commutator for dirt

EVERY Replace fuel filter and
fuel hoses

Check tightness of cylinder
head / Adjust valves
Replace transaxle oil
