1-5: DECK CD (Refer to Fig. 1-5)

1. Disconnect the following connectors:
3 7 63 1515 0
(CP1704 and CP4001).
2. Remove the 6 screws 1.
3. Remove the Deck CD Block in the direction of arrow (A).
4. Remove the 2 screws 2.
5. Remove the Shield Deck in the direction of arrow (B).
6. Remove the 2 screws 3.
7. Remove the Angle DVD (L) in the direction of arrow (C).
8. Remove the 2 screws 4.
9. Remove the Angle DVD (R) in the direction of arrow (D).

1-6: DVD/HD MPEG MT PCB (Refer to Fig. 1-6)
1. Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP1701, CP3801, CP3802).
2. Remove the 2 screws 1.
3. Remove the Shield MPEG in the direction of arrow (A).
4. Remove the 4 screws 2.
5. Remove the DVD/HD MPEG MT PCB in the direction of
arrow (B).

1-7: VCR DECK (Refer to Fig. 1-7)
NOTE:

Do not remove the cable at the FE Head section. The FE
Head may be damaged if you remove the cable by force.
1. Unlock the 2 supports 1 and remove the Top Holder.
2. Remove the screw 2.
3. Remove the FE Head.
4. Move the Cassette Holder Assy to the back side.
5. Remove the 3 screws 3.
6. Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP101, CP102, CP3001).
7. Remove the AC Head Cover and VCR Deck in the
direction of arrow.
