In order for the clock to function properly, the clock has to be set before you use it for the first time.
After powering up the unit, the clock display will show "12:00". To set the time, follow the steps below:
1. Press and hold the CLOCK SET Button. Hour digits are flashing to prompt for input.
2. Tap the TIME+/- Buttons repeatedly and release until the correct hour is displayed.
Note: Make sure the hour is set so that AM or PM is correctly displayed.
There is a PM Indicator located in the upper left corner of the LCD
display. If the PM Indicator is showing on the display, the displayed time is "PM". If the
PM Indicator is not showing on the display, the time displayed is "AM".
3. Press the CLOCK SET Button to confirm the hour setting. The Minute digits are flashing to prompt
for input.
4. Tap the TIME +/- Buttons repeatedly until the correct minutes are displayed.
5. Tap the CLOCK SET button to finish the set-up.

Set the Function Selector to "RADIO" position and the BAND Selector to "AM" or "FM" for the desired
radio band.

Press the
Button to turn the unit on. The POWER Indicator will light.
3.
Tune to your desired station with the TUNING Control knob. If FM mode is selected and you tune
to an FM Stereo station, the FM STEREO Indicator will light.
4.
Adjust the VOLUME Control to obtain the desired sound level.

To turn the Radio OFF, press the

The unit has built-in FM and AM antenna. To obtain the best radio reception, you may have to move or
slightly rotate the unit.
