TROUBLESHOOTING

Use the following information to help solve problems that may arise during use. If you still

Problem
The switch is set to level
"1" or "2" but the LED light
of the power button is OFF.
LED is ON and blinking
– but no heat sensation.
LED is ON and blinking – the
heat emitted feels too warm.

Probable Causes
1. Powe r c a b l e n o t
connected or faulty.
2. No power in the outlet.

Newa Activator gel.
2. Circular movement speed
is too slow.
3. Treatment area is bigger
than recommended.
4. Newa's active tip has
dry residues of Newa
activator from previous
use.

Corrective Actions
1. Check the power connections and
make sure that the connector is
properly attached to the device.
2. Check if there is power in the main
outlet by connecting another device
to it.
1. Reapply Newa Activator in two
lines as demonstrated.
2. Keep a reasonable movement speed
as demonstrated in the instructional
DVD.
3. Keep the size of the treatment
area as recommended in this user
manual.
4. Make sure to wipe any remains of
the Newa Activator gel from the
electrodes area with a soft dry
cloth before you store the device.
